Emily Iverson
Emily represents individuals, businesses, and banks in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including real estate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and other business matters. Emily has structured, negotiated, and documented senior debt financing arrangements of all types, including secured and unsecured single bank and syndicated credit agreements, multicurrency financing facilities, asset-based lending transactions, and leveraged acquisition financings, for national financial institutions. In addition, Emily spent six months on secondment to the legal department of Bank of America, N.A. with the leveraged finance group.
